Upper Dean is situated in a delightful and wide-ranging bridleway network, which includes the Three Shires Way, on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. There is excellent local hacking, walking and cycling (maps available). Within easy reach of The College Equestrian Centre at Keysoe, Grafham Water, Riseley Outdoor Pursuit Centre and the East of England showground. UKC course 18 is within easy hacking distance. We are 7 miles from the A1, 5 miles from A14 & A45. Some towns within easy reach are Kimbolton, St Neots and Higham Ferrers. Bed and breakfast accommodation in modern farmhouse for 6 adults and horses, or more by arrangement. We have surfaced parking for boxes, a manege with jumps, ample all-year grazing in post and rail paddocks, large stables and a drying room. Village pub serving good food within a short walk. Other good pubs and restaurants within a short drive. Evening meal and packed lunches by prior arrangement. Non-riders and mountain bikes welcome. No smoking, no dogs.
