QUALIFYING FOR THE NATIONAL FINALS FROM THE REGIONALS

If you qualify for the National Final, you will receive a ‘Regional Qualifier’ rosette and an envelope containing all details and entry forms for the National Final directly from the venue at which you qualified.  You should then follow the enclosed instructions to enter.

Dressage Regionals

The UK Riders office must receive your National Final entry within 7 days of qualifying or your qualification will be passed down the line.  If you think you may be next in line to qualify, ring the UKC&R office on 01926 450049 to enquire.  We will notify you of your qualification ASAP.
  • No combination of horse AND rider affiliated to British Dressage or British Eventing may qualify for the National Finals*.  If either horse or rider (but not both) is registered with BD or BE you will still be eligible to qualify.

Show Jumping Reminders…

Show Jumping
As previously stated there will be NO CHANGE this year to show jumping heights at Regional level from qualifier heights. However, at the National Finals class heights will be raised by 5cm. Class heights will therefore be as follows: Junior & Senior Restricted Novice - 0.70m, Junior & Senior Novice – 0.80m, Junior & Senior Intermediate - 0.90m and Junior & Senior Open – 1.00m classes. It will be a BSJA course builder at the National Finals and courses will be up to height and width. A water tray may be used in the Intermediate and Open Classes.

Combinations of horse and rider qualifying for Intermediate or Open show jumping classes of the UK Riders Challenge are NOT eligible to go forward to Regional Finals in the Restricted Novice class.
